Eli Van Audenhove graduated with a Master’s degree in Law from KULeuven in 2008 and with a post-Master’s specialisation in Company Law.
In 2009, Eli was admitted to the Antwerp bar, where he was part of Elegis until 2018.
Eli spent eight years as partner at a law firm in the Kempen region, and since September 2026, Eli is (again) part of Elegis, with an office in Mol.
Eli specialises in contract and commercial law, with extensive experience in construction law. In 2020, he completed the postgraduate course in insolvency administration and liquidation, and Eli is an active lecturer for Syntra.
Eli advises both larger companies and SMEs, as well as their managers and private individuals, and has developed extensive experience in a wide range of aspects of insolvency, commercial, company and contract law, with a focus on both providing advice and assisting with legal proceedings and (construction-related) expert assessments.
