The company court can assist you and, for this purpose, appoint a mediator to support the company in re-establishing a relationship of trust with its creditors and to negotiate individual settlement plans or debt forgiveness.
Unlike the judicial reorganization procedure (see below), the company mediator intervenes behind the scenes and ensures the confidentiality of the negotiations.
