Annemie Coox graduated cum laude as master of law from the Antwerp University.
She started her legal career at Elegis in 1982, where she became partner in 1985, and is a member of the Antwerp Bar since 1982.
She is specialised in commercial law and company law and this both for commercial transactions and litigation.
Annemie frequently assists companies with mergers and acquisitions, asset deals, buy-outs and joint ventures.
Also she advises shareholders and directors on incorporations, drafting shareholder agreements and conducting board meetings and shareholders meetings.
She has extensive experience in drafting commercial contracts, combining legal knowledge with understanding of the specific needs of the entrepreneur.
Annemie is an active member of VOKA Antwerp and a regular speaker at seminars and conferences both in Belgium and abroad.
