On 6 May 2013, Mr. Daniel STRIANI, player agent, has lodged a complaint with the European Commission against UEFA in order to challenge infringements to fundamental principles of EU competition law caused by the UEFA “Financial Fair Play” regulation, and more specifically, by the “break even rule”.
