Tom Degeeter joins Elegis as a new partner. Tom took the oath as a lawyer on 1/09/2008 and has been registered at the Bar of Antwerp since 1/09/2011. In 2020, Tom was added to the list of bankruptcy receivers and liquidators at the Antwerp Commercial Court. He will further develop the corporate and insolvency law department. Tom is also a member of the council of the Bar Association at the Antwerp Bar and chairman of the traineeship committee'.
