Joke Vanden branden is a professor of tax litigation at the College for Fiscal Sciences (FHS).
She is a regular speaker and author on matters relating to tax law and tax litigation.

In 1994, she started working for a well-respected Belgian law firm located in Brussels and she was admitted to the Antwerp Bar in 2011.

In 2013, she joined elegis.

Joke Vanden branden specialises in tax law with a focus on litigation and white-collar crime. For over 20 years, she has been conducting lawsuits against the Belgian State for both enterprises and private persons.
